	Quotation High speed mixer This mixer is specially designed for mixing concentrated steepwater or DDGS with wet fibrous material in corn wet milling or ethanol processes. Usually it is used before drying. It can also be used to add enzymes to high-solids cellulosic materials such as used as feedstock to cellulosic ethanol production facilities. The efficient mixing leads to more liquid uptake by fibrous material and results in more uniform and consistent final dry product, or fast initial liquefaction in the case of cellulose hydrolysis. Material in contact with product can be carbon steel, 304 SS or 316 SS.
